With over 18 years of experience as a professionally trained makeup artist and more than 20 years as a qualified hair extension technician, based in Hobart, Tasmania, Bonnie brings a level of expertise, composure, and versatility that allows her to work confidently across both makeup artistry and luxury hair enhancement services.

 

Bonnie is professionally trained and certified, having completed a full Diploma of Makeup Services through advanced training at the Academy of Makeup in Melbourne, Victoria, as well as specialised wedding and event makeup training through Swinburne University. This education laid the foundation for a long standing career within high end retail cosmetics, including extensive experience with M·A·C Cosmetics, before establishing herself as a freelance artist.

 

Her career spans luxury bridal, editorial, commercial, corporate, television, and event makeup, with experience working across Tasmania, interstate, and internationally. This breadth of work has shaped a calm, precise, and highly professional approach, allowing her to deliver exceptional results under pressure, within tight schedules, and across a wide range of environments. Whether working behind the scenes, on set, in studio, or on location, her focus remains the same: flawless execution, professionalism, and respect for the client’s time, vision, and expectations.

 

Alongside her makeup career, Bonnie has spent over two decades specialising in professional hair extension services. She is known for her work with luxury weft extensions and is an official stockist of Hair Candy Australia, offering high quality extension solutions designed to enhance natural hair while maintaining comfort, longevity, and seamless blending.

 

Her experience also includes managing and working within specialised hair extension salons, including the renowned Emily Hadrill Hair Extensions, now known as Jadore Hair Supplies. This background has provided Bonnie with a deep technical understanding of extension methods, hair health, colour matching, and precision installation techniques, allowing her to offer clients a truly refined and professional extension experience.
