Booking & Cancellation Policy

 

All appointments with Bonnie Rose Beauty require confirmation and may require a booking fee to secure the appointment time.

 

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in the loss of the booking fee or full service fee.

 

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

 

Booking fees are non-refundable. In some circumstances, booking fees may be transferred to a future appointment at the discretion of Bonnie Rose Beauty.

 

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or cancellation if the delay impacts other scheduled appointments.
